today’s a big day.
Today I’m releasing two new lines of products! How exciting. I explained both in a lot of detail in the last post, so if you want all the tiny details (and a lot of other information) you can check that out. But basically, I’m now offering the option of having pages with golden edges and attached ribbon bookmarks (that can be moved to any page). Both new lines have these features.
I’m doing this release gradually. Today I’m putting up 5 new products from each line. There will be 37 new products (covers) up in the shop by the time the release is complete*. I’m going to try to release 10 per day. Also, if you look at the photo above, just be aware that it does not represent the complete release. Just most of it.
*The release will be complete, but obviously, the categories themselves won’t be complete. I can still add new covers whenever. I say covers instead of books because sometimes I do books with multiple covers. Also, I’m not including super mini versions of these books in the 37. Those will be extra.
Today’s releases from the Gilt Classics line:
- Dracula by Bram Stoker
- Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
- Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
- Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien
- The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
Today’s releases from the Gilt Notebooks line:
- Silhouetted Couple Notebook
- Silhouetted Man Notebook
- Silhouetted Woman Notebook
- Red & Gold #1 Notebook
- Red & Gold #2 Notebook
Creative names, huh? These are going to be extremely generic. Like the names of paintings and sculptures in the Animal Crossing series.
Oh yeah, I’m doing blank notebooks now. I didn’t really make a formal announcement. I’m using really old beautiful vintage covers. And the silhouette ones- I scrapped those together myself. Cut out an oval and added the silhouettes as another layer beneath the main cover piece. Yay for creativity!
Productivity is still increasing! I’m not slowing down by any means. (37 new covers!) Also, you may be able to tell by the slightly improved product photos that I’ve been acquainting myself even more with Photoshop. I’ve been taking the shadows out of everything because it’s easiest for me so it may look slightly weird. Also some of the edges won’t be perfectly straight because the magic wand tool doesn’t always cooperate. But I think it’s still an improvement on the old ones.
Keep on the lookout for tomorrow’s releases!
