Currently my processing time is 1-3 weeks, excluding sale periods and order processing pauses. Stationery products are made-to-order and take longer to get shipped out, while jewelry products are ready-to-ship and will ship sooner. That said, depending on the order volume, you may get your order a lot quicker than expected!
Please note that after sales, processing time typically extends by a few weeks. These new times will be announced on the announcement bar at the top of the site.
I offer shipping to three separate regions: the United States (domestic shipping), Canada, and the rest of the world. Stationery products have flat rate shipping based on location. Jewelry products have weight based shipping, also based on location. Free shipping is available for orders $100+. All shipping options come with tracking. I currently do not have plans to offer untracked shipping via letter mail for various reasons. If you are international and want a cheaper shipping option (via package consolidation), consider signing up for a US mailbox service like MyUS or Stackry.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not ship to countries that the USPS has a current Mail Service Suspension on. Check the list of countries here. If you order to one of these countries, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
EU CUSTOMERS: Due to GPSR, I am currently not shipping directly to the EU. Your order will be cancelled and refunded if it has a EU address. As of December 2024, shipping forwarders MyUS and Stackry have said they will continue to ship forwarded packages to the EU pending any further updates about the regulations. If you are unsure if it will still be an option for you, please ask them before making a purchase here.
UK CUSTOMERS: Your order delivery may be delayed due to Royal Mail strikes. More information and dates here. (Last relevant: 2023)
It is typically 3-8 business days for domestic orders, best case scenario. There are occasionally extreme shipping delays with the USPS (especially around the holidays), so it may take a little longer. For international orders, anywhere from 1-4 weeks is standard, although with shipping delays it may take longer than that.
I cannot guarantee that I will be able to combine your orders. But if you place a second order that same day or the next day, email me and I will let you know if I can do it for you. Shipping will be refunded or partially refunded (depending on package weight) for the second order.
As long as your order has not been shipped yet, I will be able to change your shipping address. Please note that you may be partially refunded for the shipping that you paid, or in some cases, you may be invoiced more for the additional shipping costs incurred (if you change from a domestic to an international shipping address, for instance).
Once I have handed off your order to USPS, it up to you to track your order with the information provided and contact the USPS if you have any questions or concerns. But please note that delays are common and it is statistically unlikely your order has been lost.
Sales tax for all applicable US states will be charged at checkout.
Regarding the VAT for EU/UK customers: Effective July 1, 2021, all import orders to the EU and UK are subject to VAT (value added tax) and handling fees. I have decided not to register to be able to collect and remit VAT, so you will be responsible for paying this tax if you order directly to the EU/UK. You will likely have to wait longer for your package as it goes through customs and you will have to go to your post office to pick it up and pay the VAT there. Again, I recommend using the US mailbox services mentioned above to get around this system.
Due to the nature of the product, I do not accept returns or refund requests. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, email me and we can discuss possible solutions. As for cancellations, your order may be cancelled as long as it has not been marked as shipped or it has not been 48 hours since the order was placed, so please email me if you need to cancel.

I currently offer printable foil bundles and full foil collections on this website. If you have a request for a specific sticker sheet to be available as a printable, send me a message and I might be able to create a custom listing for you.
I am always open to requests so feel free to suggest something via the Contact page of this site or in my Instagram DMs. Occasionally I can also work with customers to create custom sticker sheets for them, or otherwise customise their order. (This can include ordering collections that are no longer in shop, ordering unfoiled versions of sticker sheets that do not currently have that option, ordering only specific sheets as printables, etc.) I can also make small changes to the sticker sheets you order, such as changing the underlays in a foil bundle you purchase or foiling them in a different colour from the rest of the bundle, or making all the headers in the bundle the same, or changing the bottom washi in a bundle to a different one. For instances like these, leave a Note To Seller when you order and I will do my best to accommodate.
